The current gas prices are way too high as it is, but when you are charged for gas at the tank when you have not even started pumping gas, that is a rip-off.  I stopped at a gas station on the corner of Cave Creek Road by the 101 exit in Cave Creek.  As I started to put the nozzle into the gas tank, the pump had already charged me 3 cents of gas!  I stopped after putting in five gallons of gas, so I was sure to make it home.  I then went into the convenience store to get reimbursed for the quick charging gas pump, but there was nothing the clerk would do.  I was not the only one being ripped off by this pump.  The clerk said another person had it charge them 23 cents before they put the nozzle in the tank.  Of course there was nothing they could do.  So how much gas did we really get?  Do we really ever know for sure?  Current gas prices are too high anyway, without overcharging gas pumps taking advantage of the consumer.  I don't approve of their business practice and will definitely not stop there again.
