We have all been waiting for the 2008 presidential election Super Tuesday to see if what happens decides one or both parties nominees. With Super Tuesday finally here we will now be able to tell if all the crisscrossing around the country the last little while has done them any good at all. They have been competing for the support of sought after voting groups such as independents, Latinos, college students, evangelicals and conservatives. With the way the 2008 presidential election has been heating up, the competition has been particularly fierce in delegate rich states such as California, Illinois and New York. Eight of the 21 Republican contests are winner take all in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Delaware, Missouri, Arizona, Utah and Montana. The candidates have been stressing their strengths as well as their opponents weaknesses, trying to gather up as many voters for themselves as they possibly can. Some of them have very little voice left to talk with. It promises to be an interesting day that will put us a little further down the road towards the 2008 presidential election.
