Do the Current Gas Prices Have You Driving Slower? |

The current gas prices are so high and they are only going to get higher. They are not going to go back down. Have you ever seen the current gas prices go down and stay down? Sure the gas prices might fall for a month or so but they go right back up. According to my economics class, the higher the demand, the higher the prices will be. To get the current gas prices to shrink and to stay down, the demand for gas would have to go way down. Someone needs to come up with a new way to run our automobiles or we are going to be stuck with high priced gas. The high price of gas is hurting our economy. The rising price of gas directly and indirectly causes the price of everything else to rise. A friend of mine was complaining about the prices doubling for swim lessons since last year. And I said, but everything else has doubled also. My grocery bill is double from last year too. I learned that if you drive slower you will use less gas, so with the current gas prices, I am driving slower. Are you? |
